Raw Material Acceptance
Polypropylene random copolymer (PPR-C) sourced from certified suppliers in Korea, the USA and Saudi Arabia — 100% prime virgin grade. No recycled content is used.

Extrusion & Forming
Continuous production at our Çerkezköy facility with 175 moulds. Diameters Ø20 – 110 mm across PN16 / PN20 / PN25 classes — twelve PPR-C product families including fiber-reinforced composite and the blue Fusion series.

Quality Control Laboratory
Every batch is tested for ISO 527 tensile (yield 850 MPa, elongation 48%), ISO 306 Vicat softening (145–150°C), ISO 179 Charpy impact (>10 kJ/m²) and ISO 75 heat deflection.

Packaging & Traceability
Standard cartons in Box Type 1 (0.021 m³) or Box Type 2 (0.032 m³). Every batch is traceable backwards via serial number; country-specific labelling is available on request.
